Almost each governor of any country spends huge money for development of the new weapon. Just like maniacs!

It would be better to spend this money not only to feed all citizens of the country but also to create such conditions that they will grow rich every day! As it have been made for example in Dubai!
Now there are more millionaires, than in any other country per capita!
